Dow Pfantz is the owner and artist behind Star Lane Designs, a custom laser engraving business based in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. With a passion for creating meaningful, personalized pieces, Dow brings a blend of craftsmanship, creativity, and heart to every project—whether it’s a one-of-a-kind gift, custom wedding décor, or on-site medal engraving at a sporting event.

A wife, mom, and entrepreneur, Dow wears many hats—but her favorite role is helping people celebrate life’s special moments through custom designs in wood, metal, leather, and acrylic. She's especially known for her on-site engraving at races, tournaments, and community events, where she turns medals into lasting memories.

Dow’s biggest motivation is her family. Her husband and two boys are her daily inspiration to keep dreaming big, working hard, and finding joy in the little things. When she’s not designing or engraving, you’ll find her wrangling her boys, making memories with her family, or bringing new ideas to life at events.
